2016 Pentathlon: The Ironman Competition
The Stingrays took to the pool early Saturday morning for the NGSL's version of the Ironman competition. The event is held at Brad Aikins YMCA, an outdoor pool in Winder GA. Hats off to the Barracudas for another well run meet. The NGSL Pentathlon is one of the best meets next to league championships. It is a swimming Pentathlon. The participants swim all 4 strokes and then finish with a grueling 100 yard Individual Medley. The complete results can be downloaded on the Schedule/Results page.
